Thank you for your interest in the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO). The SPSO is the final stage for complaints about organisations providing public services in Scotland. We also provide the independent review service for Scottish Welfare Fund (SWF) decisions, and we drive improvement in complaints handling through the Complaints Standards Authority (CSA).
Each month we send a regular e-newsletter with details of our latest casework findings, information about any upcoming training courses we are offering, updates from our SWF and CSA teams and other news from our office.
